4/10/08 Since Houston Sx I have just been riding as much as I can now. I had a few set backs and couldnt ride or train for 3 weeks. But now im back in the mix. So i've just been wing ding'n it! I raced at Oak Hill, the GNC Amateur National on my 450 trying to get some track time on the bike. I finished 6th in the +25 class, and if I would have had more time on the bike maybe could of finished around 3rd. There is some bad dudes in that class! It was a lot of fun. One other really important thing in my life is im awaiting the birth of my first child with my wife! We only have 9 weeks to go! Its a girl her name is Cayleigh and im so excited! We cannot wait any longer! I'll have some more info on some things soon!

2/18/08 This past weekend was my home town race in Houston. The racing was great, I was finally in the nite program. I deserved to be there, all the things I have been working on have finally come together the past 2 rounds. Even though I did not make the program at San Diego. Up to this past weekend that was the best I had done. But I backed it up even better the following weekend in Houston. I finally got my bike dialed in toward the end of the season. We are already working on outdoor settings. So well be prepared for the season to start!

2/5/08 Well A3 was a good one. I was riding really well. Just had some bad luck. In practice another rider took me up high in a berm and made us both go down like a goon. From that it smashed my header pipe so bad the bike was all choked up. I went back out in the second session and just couldnt seem to put a lap together. Every lap it seemed someone was down on the tripple and they had the red lights on, or after a technical rythem section some one would be laying there and they would be flagging. I just couldnt get a lap going. I'm keeping my head up, I have been riding good. Just have to put it all together.

1/27/08 Frisco was this past weekend. It was pretty wet and muddy, which made it a technical track with lots of ruts in the jumps. I missed it by 500ths of a second. Our laptimes were all very close. I thought I rode really well and made the cut. Once I checked the times I was shocked to find out I missed it. But with extreme conditions there is extreme results sometimes you do really good, or really bad. Riders last nite that make the cut every time didnt. And others had there best career finish ever! None the less im looking forward to return to a normal track condition! Ive been working hard, and have been improving on some lil things. A3 is next weekend so its going to be a good one!

1/10/08 Wednesday we were throwning down some laps. We got some footage so I thought I would post it up! Hope you enjoy!
1/08/08 Well Round 1 at Anaheim wasnt what everyone wanted. It was kinda muddy but just in the wrong places. I rode really well, but I struggled with consistancy. I would do sections really well, then come to a sloppy corner and blow everything I had going. I learned from my mistakes, and im ready to race Phoenix this weekend!

12/2/07 This weekend was Rnd 1 of the HoH/FMF AMA Texas Winter Series at the Freestone Amateur track! The track was great the turnout was huge and it was a lot of fun! I finished 1st in the +25,2nd in the 250pro, and 3rd in the 450pro. Thanks to Josh Czernik for letting me borrow his 450! Here is some pics from the race!

11/12/07 This weekend was the Texas State Championship at Freestone! I won the vet championship! i was pumped! Thats 2 years in a row! wooo hooo! I only have a 250f so I only rode the vet class and the 250 pro. I was 2nd for half the race of the first moto until I went down. Then I got up and slid out another lap and couldnt get the bike started. I pretty much threw that class away! But was riding well. Second moto I started in 4th and then hit my knee and pulled off! Thats racing, never know what can happen!

10/08/07 I have been fishing a whole lot while i have been waiting for my 08 bikes to get dialed in! We have been catching a lot of trout, red's, and occasionally flounder! That is called a Texas trio! But me and my buddy Jimmy decided to fish off the bottom of this channel with live bait and we caught 2 bull sharks! the first one was about 6 ft long and when we got it to the boat it dove back under the boat and snapped the line! we were like nooooooooooo way! but 15 mins later we caught another one and faught it for 30 mins and finally i got it on the boat after numerous tries! and we took some pics with the ol camera phone! we forgot to take out the good camera! hope you enjoy!

9/11/07 At Glen Helen I had my best finish of the year with a 23 - 23 moto finish for 26th over all! It was a good weekend. A great way to end the season. I came back from being sick with asthma and not riding all week. And got the job done! Monday after Glen Helen we rode at Heath Pinters trails! they were sick. Here is a lil footage of us just flowing a bit. We havent rode trails in months like these so it was really cool, but different going real fast!

9/08/07Ok Friday before Glen Helen we went to a buddy of ours Jeff Edwards house outside of Temecula. He let us ride his go carts on his new go cart track, man it was sick! Youll just have to watch the video! Thanks Jeff!!! CHECK IT OUT!!!
9/5/07 Freestone finally kicked off! Everything went well, accept for my health. I had asthma for 3 weeks leading up to the race every time i was up there. And when i would go race on the weekend i would be fine. I only get it a couple times a year, its allergy induced. But i got about 6 breathing treatments over the weekend and some medicine. But it wasnt good enough for the race. I had to pull off both motos. I wasnt very happy with that at all. Every thing was perfect. But it is what it is. Here is some pictures.

8/26/07 Well it was a lil wet this weekend, and I was riding good but kept slipping down. And then really went down hard. Im ok but just sore from flipping up in the air and landing flat on my back from over 10 feet up! I didnt think I was gonna be all that sore, but when I went out for the 2nd practice I couldnt ride aggressive at all. My hip hurt when I tried to lift my leg for the deep muddy ruts. So I called it a weekend. I figured there was no point in trying to ride in those conditions while I was not able to perform at a 100%. So next weekend is a new race for everyone in Texas! It is going to be a good one!
8/19/07 Well I qualified at Millville! I Rode really well. I almost reached my goal of getting 20-25th and I got 26th. The second moto I went down. But I still got 29th overall! So im getting ready for Steele City!

8/5/07 We went fishing in Galveston. I caught 3 sharks and 1 Mackeral with my lil buddy Cayden. Check em out!

8/1/07 This past weekend I raced at Washougal. Its not one of my favortite tracks to say the least. I ride it pretty good. Obviously in practice im still struggling with getting my times. But in the LCQ I always pin it. I actually got a bad start at this round. But I came up through the pack to 2nd and 3rd thinking it was 1st and 2nd. I caught them so bad I knew I knew I would just blow by them. Well they were so close to one another that I couldnt get by them. Everytime I would set one up to pass the other would be in the way! So I got stuck behind them, and finished 4th. I was clearly the fastest one on the track in that race. But I just didnt get the job done. Im working sooooo hard on my practice times, because thats where it counts.... We have a week off untill Millville. So im pinning it!
7/26/07 Last weekend at Lake Wood was a tough race. The elevation made the bike run crappy and its hard to catch your wind after you ride. I rode really well, in the first session i was in the top 40. Then in the second session i rode better but some other riders bumped me out of the top 40. So i raced the LCQ and i started in 2nd. And 3 laps to go a local racer passed me, and i stayed on him but i couldnt pass him back. Its so annoying to finish one spot out or be a second off the qualifying cut. Im working hard. every day this week i have been working hard.
7/16/07 Unadilla was this weekend. I rode well but I didnt make the cut for the time qualifying. In the LCQ I got a top 10 start and had to come through the pack. I came up to 4th and couldnt make the pass for 3rd. And 2 corners to go I stalled it trying to make a charge down the "screw you" hill. I rode my ass off. But it obviously wasnt good enough to make the cut. The track wasnt very demanding on saturday. It was ashame. But I guess people complained for sunday cuz they actually disced up the track for the races. I just have to make it over this bubble im on. Im so damn close its annoying. I want to thank DeCal Works for hooking me up with such short notice for the weekends event! They got me dialed in with graphics for the rest of the season!
